For optimal results, aim the device at the dog's head, focusing on the eyes or ears. However, please exercise caution and avoid directing the ultrasonic waves or laser towards human ears and eyes to prevent any potential harm. Furthermore, it is recommended not to use the training mode for illumination, as it consumes significantly more power than the lighting mode.

It's important to note that when using the device in banishing mode, avoid holding the switch for an extended period. Release the switch within 10 seconds and press it again to maintain stable power output, maximizing effectiveness.

For instance, your own dog may be less responsive since they know their owner wouldn't harm them. Additionally, noisy environments like busy streets or downtown areas might hinder its effectiveness.
